 To purchase AI art from GMAIART, simply browse our collection on our website and select the artwork you would like to purchase. Add the artwork to your cart and proceed to checkout. Follow the prompts to enter your shipping and payment information, and complete your purchase.

AI art offers a unique opportunity to enhance your art collection with cutting-edge technology. Our AI artworks are designed to promote relaxation and enhance mental well-being, providing a scientifically-backed benefit to art enthusiasts. Additionally, AI art allows for the exploration of unique styles and techniques that may not be possible with traditional art forms.

We have a 30-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your AI art purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving the item. The artwork must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please contact us at management@gmaiart.com to initiate a return.

Shipping times for AI art prints will vary depending on your location, the time the order was placed, and the size of the print. Generally, shipping takes 5-7 business days. Please note that production of the print may take 1-2 business days, depending on the size of the print. If there is a period of high demand your order may take longer to process.

If your AI art arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and make it right. Please email us at management@gmaiart.com with your order details and a description of the issue.

If you would like to exchange your AI art for a different artwork, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new artwork.

Once we have received and inspected your returned AI art, we will notify you of the refund status. If your return is approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
